Other option: 30-minute virtual follow-up — $40. Home visit rates apply within Brampton; confirm travel requirements elsewhere. Pricing, applicable tax, cancellation and payment terms must be confirmed at booking.

Is this therapy?
No. Father Figure offers educational parent coaching and practical strategies, not psychotherapy, clinical treatment or crisis services.
Do I have to sign up monthly?
No. Individual coaching sessions are available. Monthly support is optional and is not automatically renewed without agreement.
Can both caregivers participate?
Yes. Aligning caregivers around shared expectations is often an important part of the work.
Can I reach out during a challenging moment?
Monthly members may request brief support during agreed hours, subject to availability. Immediate response is not guaranteed and this is not an emergency service.
